• Hourly consulting rates: $75*–$150, depending on the level of expertise required.
• Express Audit services: $150*–$350, based on the work scope and urgency.
• Fixed-price projects are quoted individually, based on market benchmarks and project scope.

2. Retainer Model

• Monthly retainer

Best for: Companies requiring continuous QA oversight or periodic compliance support.

3. Express Audit Model

• Higher base rate for urgent support
• Work billed by the hour
• Priority allocation of hours to suit your immediate needs

Best for: Businesses facing upcoming audits on short notice or post-audit activities with limited or no QA resources available.

4. QA consultancy model

Best for: Businesses seeking support in QMS, regulatory submissions, manufacturing, and change management consultancy.
